3/4 C Margarine
1 C. sugar
1 egg
2 C flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/3 C coconut (or oats)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 12 oz jar apricot preserves
Cream butter and sugar, add eff. In seperate bowl mix flour and b. powder. Add coconut, walnuts, and vanilla. Press 2/3 of the dough in 9x13. Pread preserves and crumble remaining dough on top. Bake 350 for 30-35 min.
