Alana's garlic bread sticks

1 Tbl Yeast
1 1/2 c warm water
2 T sugar
3 1/2 C flour
1/2/tsp. salt
Mix yeast in warm water with sugar, set aside and let dissolvePut flour and salt in bowl and then add yeast mixture. Knead for 3 minutes, let rest for 10 minutes. Coat a large jelly roll pan with cooking spray and press dough out to edges until the dough is covering the pan. It will be thin. Spread the following topping on the dough.

1/4/ c soft butter
1/4 c parmesean
1/4 c mayo (not miracle whip!)
1/2 tsp garlic salt (i use a little more)

blend together and spread over bread. Use a pizza cutter to score the dough into stiprs and then cut down the center lenghwise. Let dough rise till doubled about 15 min. I sprinkle a little extra parmesean over all the dough, then bake at 350 for 20-25 min.
