Snickerdoodles

1 c shortning
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 2/4 c flour
2 t cream of tartar
1 t soda
1/2 t salt

Beat shortning and sugars then add dry ingredients. Form into balls and roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 8-10 min
